P90X Insanity Hybrid Excel Scheduler

I made this 28 day schedule using an Excel spreadsheet I designed.
This Hybrid is Insanity heavy, using only two P90X workouts in each of the first three weeks. I felt Insanity ignored Back & Biceps, and Yoga X is there to improve flexibility and provide a bit of recovery.

P90X / Insanity Max Hybrid Schedule - Excel

I'm only using 2 ab routines in this phase: Killer Abs from P90X One on One, and Insane Abs from Insanity. These two monsters along with all the ab work in the Insanity Max workouts and Yoga Belly 7 from Yoga X will be plenty to rip up the midsection.

The recovery week features three different yoga workouts, Medicine Ball Core Cardio from One on one, and Core Cardio and Balance from Insanity. This week of flexibility and core work should rejuvenate the body for the next phase...
