Today was day 6 of this brutal schedule, and to be honest, I am feeling burnt from it. Today's workout was Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning. I had to fight to finish this one. I needed more breaks than I like, partly due to the fact that my conditioning isn't what it should be and partly because my attic, (where I workout), is about 95 degrees with high humidity. I was sweating before the workout even began.
I wasn't expecting to be able to complete Insanity Max workouts the first time through, but I do expect to improve and finish with few or no breaks by the end of this 28 day cycle.
I am really looking forward to tomorrows rest day...
