This hybrid uses P90X, P90X plus, One on One, and Insanity workouts.
Phase I lasts four weeks and focuses on building muscle.
In weeks one and three the chest, back, and legs are worked one time; while shoulders and arms get worked twice. Kenpo plus and Plyo Cardio Circuit provide the cardio aspect, with Plyo Legs pitching in. Fountain of Youth yoga serves as a day of recovery. You'll work your core with Ab Ripper twice and Abs/Core Plus once in each of these two weeks.
Weeks two and four work each muscle group once. The cardio workouts are Plyometrics and Kenpo plus. The core intensity is picked up a bit with Killer Abs replacing one of the Ab Rippers from weeks one and three. Yoga is scheduled on day seven for flexibility and recovery.
The recovery week is Core Synergistics, Medicine Ball Core Cardio, Yoga, Fountain of Youth, and Kenpo plus with Abs/Core Plus for some extra core work.
Phase II weeks one and two work the upper body muscles one time each, while doing three Insanity workouts and one Kenpo Cardio workout.
Weeks three and four use Upper plus to work the upper body with Abs/Core Plus for some additional core work. Max Insanity workouts are done FIVE times per week. These two weeks are monsters, monsters that will get you RIPPED FOR X-MAS!

Finished with day 12. Kenpo Cardio Plus and Abs/Core Plus.
ReplyDeleteGreat cardio and core workout today.
Day 13 One on One - one leg for legs.
ReplyDeleteThis workout is different from the other leg workouts in this Hybrid. There is a lot of balance involved in these moves, but it still made me work up a pretty good sweat. I think I'll be using this one a lot more in upcoming Hybrids that I design.
I like this workout a lot.

ReplyDeleteJust finished Plyo-legs. This is my favorite leg routine in the Beachbody library. Time for a recovery drink now.
ReplyDeleteKeep pressing play.

Shoulders are S-C-R-E-A-M-I-N-G after today's workout. Arms nice and pumped, abs on fire.
ReplyDeleteIncreased weight on all sets of Diamond Delts. Killer abs destroyed my mid-section.
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking of throwing V-Sculpt from One-on-one MC 2 in there to replace one of the upper plus workouts...
Almost to the recovery week one. I've lost about 5 lbs. this round so far.
