Observations from week 1:
- Plyo Cardio Circuit is a bear on day six.
- Shoulders & Arms on day 5 was tough after working biceps and triceps on days 2 and 3.
- Plyo Legs is becoming one of my favorite One on One routines.
- I really need improvement on my yoga, Fountain of Youth felt good, but I struggled with some of it.
In week two I give the smaller muscle groups a break by only working them once each. There are no Insanity workouts this week, but P90X Plyometrics should be enough of a challenge. Killer Abs will increase the core intensity level for this week. I finish out the week with the 90 minute long Yoga X... ( I hate Yoga X, but I know how good it is for me ).
On to week 2.
