Back is worked twice per work week, once during Back and Biceps, and once again during Legs and Back.
Biceps are worked on Shoulders and Arms day and again on Back and Biceps day.
Cardio Abs, Core Synergistics, Killer Abs and Ab Ripper X hit the core four times a week.

The two Insanity workouts provide plenty of push-ups for chest work.
The recovery week is a rotation of Core Synergistics, Cardio Power and Resistance and Abs/Core Plus/ X stretch.
There is NO YOGA in this routine.
